Orders & Availability

All objects are released in finite runs. Once a drop sells through, it is moved to the Archive and is not restocked. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected resale or fraud. A confirmed order is a binding offer to purchase at the listed price.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Errors in pricing or description may be corrected even after an order is placed; if corrected, you may cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All garments, graphics, imagery, and copy are the property of VOIDFORM STUDIO. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data — full stop.

What We Collect

• Contact details (name, email, shipping address) provided at checkout.
• Order history and cart contents stored locally in your browser.
• Anonymous usage signals used to keep the site working.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We retain order records only as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Objects ship from Cairo, Egypt. Processing takes 2–5 business days. Tracking is issued once your order leaves the studio.

Returns

Unworn objects with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund. Archive and final-sale objects are not eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.

Faulty Goods

If an object arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund.

This site uses minimal browser storage to function. Your cart is held in localStorage on your own device — not on our servers — so your selections survive a page refresh.

• Essential: cart contents and session preferences. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymised traffic measurement.

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to place future orders.

VOIDFORM STUDIO is an independent laboratory of architectural fashion. The studio is responsible for the content of this site.
